We are contacting you because you created an email list with the course email list tool within the last 12 months, and we have an important update for you:

Although we originally communicated to you that ITaP will be decommissioning the tool on May 1, 2023, the timeline has been moved up to January 1, 2023. Our colleagues in ITaP have shared that the Course Email List Tool cannot be supported in the spring due to a mailing list software change. We understand that this may cause an inconvenience to your planning for the spring semester, and we want to assure you that we have the people and resources in place to support you through this transition.

The Brightspace announcement and email tools are alternative methods of maintaining communication with the students in your courses. Links to documentation for both features are at the end of this message. If you need assistance, please contact tlt@purdue.edu to arrange a consultation. We also offer drop-in help sessions where you can receive 1-on-1 help from a team member.
